Canada Pension Plan

CPP Disability Benefits

If you work long enough at a job which contributes to the Canada Pension Plan, and become disabled for any reason, you are probably eligible for CPP disability benefits.

According to the CPP disability legislation and policies, a “disability” can be physical or emotional, or a combination of both. In order to be eligible for benefits, you must have a disability severe enough to keep you from working in any regular paying job for an indeterminable duration, which comes under the “Prolonged” category.

Basically, to be eligible for this disability benefit you must be found to have a disability severe enough preventing you from performing ANY KIND OF WORK permanently.

If you would like assistance with applying for this program, we urge you to contact one of our CPP Disability legal representatives today. We have helped many individuals make a successful CPP Disability application. When you register at D&R Disability Legal Services you have to stop worrying about your application and concentrate on your rehabilitation.  Let us take care of your problems.
